Bring
- The document, unsigned
- Your passport, and NRIC or FIN if you hold one
- Originals, where a copy is to be certified
- Any instructions the receiving party sent
- Evidence of authority, if you are signing for a company
How long
A single signature takes a few minutes. A bundle of corporate documents takes longer, mostly in checking that the authority to sign is in order.
What takes days rather than minutes is anything after the notary: authentication, apostille, or an embassy.
If you are against a deadline
Say so when you first get in touch, and say what the actual date is. We would rather tell you at the outset that a chain will not fit than discover it halfway through.
Same-day appointments are often possible where the deadline needs one.
Arrange a time
Tell us what you need signed and when you need it by. If it is urgent, calling is faster than writing.
