About the fees

Why are the fees the same everywhere?

Notarial fees in Singapore are prescribed by the Notaries Public Rules rather than set by each firm. That means the notarial act itself costs the same wherever you go, and a firm quoting more is adding a charge of its own.

What does differ is how quickly you are seen, whether anyone explains the chain that follows, and whether you are told about a problem before or after you have paid for authentication.

What will my document actually cost, in total?

It depends on how many signatures, how many pages, and what has to happen after notarisation. A single-signature power of attorney going to a Hague Convention country is a very different total from a corporate bundle going to one that is not.

Send us the document and the destination and we will give you the whole figure, including the third-party fees that are not ours, before you commit to anything.

Is there a charge for asking?

No. Telling you what your document needs costs nothing, and it is a great deal cheaper for everyone than finding out at the embassy.

Want the total for your document?

Send us what you have and where it is going. We will set out every fee in the chain, including the ones that are not ours, before anything is signed.
